How do I use multiple accounts from the same broker at the same time?

You have to install multiple instances of your metatrader4.

You can download the mt4 setup from your broker’s website. Then you install one mt4 for each account you want to use. So launch the setup and install each one in a different folder, so they don’t interfere one with each other.

Use the official installer, don’t copy folders manually!

Why do I get the " License not valid " error?

Each user’s account that is input in TelegramCopyTrade software has to be registered on the website before.

After adding your account number to the website, wait for 5 minutes (maximum) to be sure that the licenses database is updated.

Please check that you correctly inserted the new account number in your account page on our website and then also in TelegramCopyTrade software

Where can I download the Metatrader4 platform?

Usually the MT4 platform is available on your broker’s website

You have to input your phone number with the international prefix!

So close everything and restart again.

Expert Advisor has to be attached to only one chart?

YES, you must attach the EA to just ONE chart, it will automatically read all the other supported pairs. Our advice is to attach it to EURUSD, 30 minutes timeframe, so it’s faster to update.

Do you support MT4 and also MT5?

No, we just support MT4

My Expert Advisor is not working! why?

The face in the top right hand corner of the chart is smiling? if not, you probably have autotrading disabled. You have to enable it. There is a video in our instructions setting on how to setup your MT4 for using an EA: https://telegram-copytrade.com/instructions/
